Community
At Manifests our team is like family. After all we spend so much time with our colleagues we might as well have some fun! From our monthly "Pizza Fridays" to big celebrations like our World Bee Day party, we like to insure that everyone is celebrated and supported.
We also ensure that a peer support program is in place for all staff members.
Wellbeing
We believe in giving back to our team and our community. We have a number of staff-driven projects such as our biodiversity garden that give our team and the wider community a creative space away from their desk to incorporate their passions into their working lives.
We also have a mental health support program accessible for all staff to ensure piece of mind at tough times.
Education
The Manifests Academy is an education program we have set up with the Irish International Freight Association and Carlow IT. All members of our team are given the opportunity to undertake the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding, along with other Degrees that will advance their career development in the field of Customs Brokerage.
